I started up my weightloss intention today, after a long hiatus. I weighed at 5:36 pm. Perhaps I'll weigh less in the AM. I will start water aerobics on Friday, and do it 2 x per week.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You almost always weigh less in the morning. All the food you eat and drink all day may be in your system at night. You need to pick one time and stick with it. Same scale, same time, same clothes, same everything to find the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Factors like hormones, sodium in food, exercise (muscle edema), kinds of foods you eat, medicine, sickness, inflammation, stress, lack of sleep, etc. and more all effect our water weight and the scale. You can do everything right and see a gain and overeat and see a big loss. Consistency is key. Good luck!
