So I did not get to sleep last night until 4 am. I ended up sleeping until noon. It is too hot and muggy to go do my hike now. I am going to make today my total rest day and I will go hiking Friday. I feel so off today because usually I am asleep by 1am and awake by 9. My schedule is so messed up!

I usually take fridays off and rest all day but I just switched it around. I am going to try to get my sleep schedule back tonight.
