welcome to the bouncing ball! do i know the cause YES! do i have 101 excuses YES! am I going to give up and throw in the towel, not just yet!! need to keep plugging away at it!!! still have the goal just may take a bit longer to get there!!!! ;)
128.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You got to get a plan and stick with it. You have to tell yourself that food does not control you, you control it. Come on you can do it. Take it one day at a time and one meal at a time.
