This is my plan to lose weight. Once your mind is made up to lose weight then plan the meals(write them down) and then what exercises do (write them down also) and calculate your total weight loss. Don't over do it, it could work against you. And most of use K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple smarty.
416.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
