Took a break but followed my diet and exercise fairly well. Glad to see I still am losing weight, having lots of stress might explain such.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
