The scales are broke! That is my only reasoning behind why they are not going down like they should be. I am constantly thinking about healthy foods and I go to the gym 3 times a week. I dont have carbonated drinks or sugary foods there just is no explantion. So fustrating!! On a plus note i made tofu for the frst time today and think it may be my new best friend. Made a ginger and chilli sauce with is. so yum! x

You need to chill out, stressing about it keeps the weight on and adds more if you're not careful, just go about your diet as you do and remember it will be off before you know it

Your problem sounds pretty much the same as the one that I was having when only eating vegetables and fruits (no oils, no sugar, no fat, no meat, no nothing, basically). Turned out that I was UNDER eating. Only eating about 1000 kcals a day. A personal trainer told me that my body went into hybernation mode (I gained weight on the 1000 kcals a day, actually!!!) and that I needed to up my fat and protein intake and kcals up to 1700 and start weight training instead of cardio. If what's on your diet calender is exactly what you eat, than you're on a starvation diet and you need to eat more to loose more!!!

Why not treat yourself to a veggie pizza? It's a win either way =P

Haha Rynni, you read my mind. I have been craving a domino's pizza but would never have one because of all the excess cheese and butter in the base but I think im going to go for it today. I may even get garlic mayo to dip the crust.

Sounds good minus the garlic (I'm allergic) you deserve it and it will be good for you as it gives your metabolism something different to burn and will increase your chances of weight loss. You can also alter the toppings to relax your mind. I know what you think and feel as I also freak out about what and how I eat, turns out I need 1700 cals to lose weight for my body type and I was only taking in 1200-1500 per day

Yah, Ive always had a bad approach to dieting. I just dont eat or eat so little but then i'll gain it all back so quickly. I think I'm going to try 1700 cals for a 2 weeks and see what happens. Its all trial and error eh. I'm setting myself small goals from now on and 5lbs is my next target but I need to stop letting it affect my mood so much. I'm job hunting at the moment so i think I'm letting the diet take over a bit.

Wow awesome!! Good luck to you as well =) Yes and I still can't stop beating myself up everytime I go over my limit to lose weight even though I shouldn't. You should check out sites online to calculate your daily calorie limit and for activities to burn those calories around the house as well as exercise, it's help me majorly.

I will defo look into that. I just use the one on here but it doesnt have alot of options. Today i felt so much better for chilling out and food was not constantly on my mind plus i had a yummy pizza :) I think its all about accepting that healthy weight loss is a slow process with ups and downs.
