I've been lifting and doing HIIT, but I'm not going to the bathroom though I'm eating plenty of fiber. Imagine a lot of my weight gain is caused by that.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
