This past 2 weeks I started working out 45 min cardio and 1 hour of strength training I have
completely stopped eating sugar and I am eating a low carbs and high protein foods.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.1 lb a week
