Went to california on friday to drop my kids off for spring break. So, I totally cheated for two days... pasta's, ceaser salad, diet soda's, candies... etc. Oh my it was so good. :) I did however have that guilt felling afterward. lol. I did promise myself I'd start back over today. I'm thinking that I will do the induction phase for one week and then head right into phase two, seeing how I should have went into phase two. Well, It's time to get back on track. Here goes round two. :)
