Hard to say why I'm up... I'm pretty sure that its that part of the month that isn't helpful. My eating has been scattered and maybe a bit higher in carbs. We had no power last week and the store was closed for a few days. I've been mostly eating vegetable stew - but some snacks have snuck in.
My activity level is up, but today was the first day this week where I completed a workout that I felt was challenging before that I think I was sort of slack. I'd work out, but it just was too short or I didn't push myself much. I'm still working on it.. some more toning to do and some stretching and then I think I'll head to school to learn my rocks and minerals.
I suspect that next week I should be down... now all I need to do is keep on the daily pushups/situps until these abs get closer to the bathing suit challange. I'm not far from my goal. I'm not losing very fast - but I've held my weight steady below the bad level and my jeans don't seem so tight this week....
Lets see if luck and a bit of good sense and exercise can make this week a losing week...
