Thank you all for your words of encouragement! I know this is a long slow journey and there will be ups and downs. I am going to be honest with myself and just keep chugging right along. I thought about doing a video daily but is have no clue what to say. 15-30 seconds is all is can come up with so far. Is am hoping it will increase over time as my confidence rises and my weigh falls. I hope you are having a great weekend so far.
