so I'm back again to eating healthy and exercising. what should I Change in my lifestyle? no more eating from fast food chains. eat more vegetables, fruits and lean meat. more exercise in the morning or at night. I have made up my mind, this is it! I should not listen to my lazy side who just wants to sleep. I need to go outside too and explore!
