Yesterday I exercised for six hour, dieted correctly and still put in 0.6 Kilos. Some times the body has its own rhythms...

Still during march I've been loosing a lot of weight, even more that calculated from calories in/out math. So a small set back was expected.

Everything going fine...
220.9 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
