Adding fruits and whole wheat is hard on my body...it doesn't like them. Oh well, gotta work out more I guess.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

try eating them at different times of the day and different fruits and maybe multi grains...it took me over a month to realize when i could eat fruit without triggering hunger all day...and no pasta or rice before 5 for me...it starts everything all over...keep mixin and matchin until you find what works for you...good luck

chose the lower GI choices also and you dont have to eat a lot f it. Slow and steady. I found some bothered me, others did not. Even brands of whole wheat bread, some hurt me, others dont. Keep paying attention as you are, you'll get it figured out.
