Getting back on track today and feeling better....I added almonds this week and is nice to have something new. I cant wait for the berries.....
Next week I'm going to start my garden so I will be getting some exercise in. Love to plant seeds and watch them grow...it gives me a great feeling to know that with a little love and care I can grow my own veggies.

Glad you are enjoying the new additions! Cudos for you for starting your own garden. Nothing light fresh home-grown veggies! I especially love tomatoes fresh from the garden! It's a lot of hard work but worth it come harvestime.
