No gain in weight is good! Keep making healthy food choices. Walking is great exercise and I hope that you can do it every day. :)

It is good to walk for 30 minutes three times a week, but that might only maintain your present weight, to keep you from gaining. To lose weight, try to walk 20 minutes or even more every day.
