So it's been a week since I've started my journey...I have not cheated food wise I found I was irritable the first couple of days after I removed carbs from my food intake but I also have been doing my zumba I missed 2 days last week but I did get 5 days in so I can't complain...I have also found that I have tons more energy but am also very tired at the end of the day....I'm hoping the scale goes down but I really need a scale at home and do not have one..
