I went to the gym this morning, and again after work. This morning I did the treadmill for 26 minutes and this afternoon I managed to stay on the eliptical for 20 full minutes. Gotta work my way to to a full 30, but going slow helped. My thighs are not used to that. The treadmill works on my gluts and stamina more, but the eliptical works my quads much more than I'm used to. I'm trying to alternate the exercises, because i've been told that you should, to keep your body from a plateau. After the eliptical I did some weight training for about 10 minutes. Yesterday I also did some weight training. All the weight training is upper body work, because my knees really still cannot handle the leg machines. And I figure my legs and hips are getting enough exercise as is with me going to the gym 5-6 days a week.
