Ugh... Vacation happened! It was lovely, but time to get back on track now since I gained a few pounds. I normally exercise every a.m. before work, either T25 Beta or Kettle Bells, etc. I DID T25 Beta Speed 2.0 this morning and it felt great! Now I need to get back to my healthy weekday eating habits. Ate way too much bread while on vacation, as well as more-than-usual adult beverages!
