bri293's Journal, 28 July 2014

I stayed active this weekend and I think I did pretty good calorie wise (I was bad and didn't really record). My appetite has been reduced the past couple days which definitely helped me this weekend! Normally I want to snack all weekend and i didn't have that urge. This weekend was mainly catching up housework and doing some small home improvement projects, so I spent a lot of time moving around even though I didn't get a lot of exercise in. Sunday morning got a good 7 mile bike ride in so felt good about that.

Trying to find the motivation to get some good workouts in this week, because I know calorie counting is not enough for me to really lose the weight I want to. Also been trying to step up my game with more toning exercises. The little that I've been doing over the past month and a half has made a difference despite the scale only moving a couple pounds down. I think I'm going to focus on that this week.
