Cooking all day today made yellow split pea soup & yam soup today to take to work for lunch this week. I also made Mediterranean Nachos (253 calories per serving, 12 g fat, 37 mg. cholesterol, 628 sodium, 23g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 12 g protein. Recipe online: Taste of Home Prep Time:30 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Soups are delicious. First time I have ever eaten yams, great taste and good for a person with arthritis.
