Finally gave up dieting on my own and sought the help of a doctor. Also track food and exercise on MyFitnessPal.com. It's amazing when you get the right help how it changes everything!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
