Today was a good day!!! I ate until I was full I stood on diet and I had an intake of calories of 1469... I getting better at pick food that are low calorie and fits in my diet plan. oh yea I walk twice today instead of taking the bus....woo hoo....it was funny when I was walking home I was thinking to my self wow I still have some extra calories I can maybe have some ice cream it wont hurt and then when I looked up the ice cream truck was there....smh it was just a thought I didn’t really want it geez lol I didn’t get any but if I did that would have been an extra 250 calories smh then you would have been reading me crying again lol
