Well day 1 is OK I have to just walk cause I needing to have hip replacement which is normal for my age I guess,been walking the dog longer lengths and times and I been parking further away from the stores doors so that must help. I am a care giver to my brother who is on dialysis we do it at home twice a day and I do everything I am so happy I can be with him at this stage in our lives. Now I just need a little focus time on me so I can stay strong for the both of us.
