Even though I have not been recording anything, I guess I am still able to keep track in my head how I am doing. I am happy with my progress, as my sugars are down & my blood pressure is down.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
