I'm hovering right at 120 lbs. I've been good about getting a little bit of exercise in every day, but pretty terrible at getting any longer, more intense workouts. I'm heading to Ireland to visit family in mid-June and have decided to try P90X again. This time, I'm not doing the "lean" version, I'm going to try the standard version. We'll see how it goes. My first day was today.
I took some "before" photos last night. I feel like I'm in fairly good shape, and these photos were a wake up call. I'm a lot flabbier than I like to think. I was going to post them here, but I'm not very tech savvy and can't make it work...
