I exercised last night & it worked as my arms feel like limp sausages that I have to drag around this morning!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f vanilla syrup, 1 Splenda & another splash of skim milk.
SNACK = 1 SBD snack bar
LUNCH = salad greens with a cut up Parmesan encrusted pork chop, 1t sunflower seeds, & 1T plus 1t Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing.
DINNER = 1 Parmesan encrusted pork chop & reduced fat creamed spinach.
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb s/f chocolate cheese cake.
