My motivation for losing weight was to get off the CPAP. I've been on it for the last 3 years and haven't been able to do the things I like to do like go camping or backpacking. Last night, I went in for a follow up sleep study to determine if the weight I've lost will "cure" me of sleep apnea. I slept through the night and the tech never had to come in the room to put me on the sleep machine. A tech can't diagnose or tell me to be on or off the machine, but it looks like since I didn't need to be hooked up, I am probably completely cured and will no longer need the assistance to sleep at night. I'm extremely happy today.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 113.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
