I have spent thousands of dollars on Weight Watchers, never having ever gotten there. I have joined Weight Watchers 7 times over a 18 year period. I refuse to keep paying, but I do believe that it will work - it only failed, because I failed.
So I am going to use all the information and do it without attending Weight Watchers.
