Today I am still 188.4.

I got on the scale three times to make sure since I don't know how you can go for two days without using the bathroom and still maintain the same weight. Last night I even had an extra snack at bible study. One of our members brought in these nut clusters by True North. I had 5 (one serving) at first, but throughout the rest of the evening I popped 5 more in my mouth one at a time. That tells me I cannot rely on my mouth to do what is best for my body yet, and I must still be disciplined at all times.

Today, I left the bike at home and am walking. It's called an active recovery day and I need it. I actually get a full 8 hours of sleep, but every morning this week has been a struggle. I'm not truly waking up until the afternoon. That is weird - I am a morning person.

We have our birthday celebration today, so I will employ the same tactics that I did at last week's goodbye party. I will get a little of everything that I want and eat them 100-150 kcals at a time every 1-2 hours.

Tomorrow is the last day of the diet. I am going to work with my fitness friend to make this more sustainable for me. Am I allowed to turn the diet into my new way of eating?

Okay, I've got to go. Had to postpone yesterday's mission until today and it seems someone started the count down finally!
