This is what happens when I stop snacking and incorporate some fasting into my routine. It's not easy, but I don't like being fat and trying to squeeze into my clothes.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
