I can't imagine coming to "love" Ab Ripper....tolerate, maybe - love, no.
But stranger things have happened. I guess we'll see :)

I have come to love it b/c after following the nutrition plan and doing ab ripper x 3x/wk I have actually started to see definition in my abs! Never thought I would have anything resembling a six pack! So I look forward to its benefits.
