I've joined this challenge as over the years I have been on a steady climb upwards in weight. I was 12stone 10lb when I joined this website. My ideal BMI puts me at 9stone 7lb - but I'm not sure I would look/be healthy at that weight (taking into account figure etc). My target is 10stone 7lb so I now have about 2 stone to go.... Am hoping this challenge will give me a support network/group to keep me going with it.
