I let a quick trip derail my plans for exercise and diet. I have to do better at long term planning. My goal for this next week is to accomplish all the tasks set for this challenge and to write at least one sentence each day about my progress.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
