I am completely beat. I'm astonished that I ate 750 calories at lunch. It is true about the damage of mindless eating. I mindlessly ate chips and dip, adding 200 empty calories. What a waste! I have no idea how many calories I ate today. I'm so tired and want to go to sleep. I'm whining, I know, but I'm so tired. I did walk for over 40 minutes, so I wasn't a total loser.

Starting a new challenge that includes daily tracking and journaling. I tracked my food and remained under 1200, but I'm not sure if some of the calorie counts are accurate. I also exercised this evening: 45 bike, 25 minutes yoga and 10 minutes arms weights.
