No breads yesterday. Not sure why loss has slowed. Hungrier than normal yesterday but didn't over eat. Ended up adding revived. Hope this wasn't another $100 wasted :(
209.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
