As you can see, I have a history of non-compliance. That has been complicated since I moved to a senior living facility four years ago. We have an an abundance of food; meals, snacks etc. This has not helped but I think I am finally getting my eating under control. I am trying intermittent fasting; that is, I eat breakfast and then fast until dinner. It has worked out pretty well; I have lost 8 pounds so far. I still have a long way to go but I am not going to set goals but instead just see how it goes. I have been on the fasting regime for a month.
