Rest day from July Fitness Challenge. Also, the first day I've had off from work - I work freight - in 8 days. Hoping the full body rest today will do my arms some good. I got through my plank yesterday but the pushups were killer. I might actually have to drop down to adding 1-2 pushups a day like the actual CrossInfinity challenge called for rather than the 5 that I've been struggling to add. XD
