I was tracking my macros by the percentages on fatsecret. I have found this includes fiber and also the calculation is off. I went back to my target calories of 2100 and targeted 6% carbs max excluding fiber, 25% protein and 69% fat. This breaks down to 31.5 g of carbs, 131 g of protein and 161 g of fat. I'm not getting to worried about the protein and fats being off slightly every day but the carbs are a max amount.
