Lots of sweets eaten over the holiday weekend! BUT I went hiking for the first time. Between 5 & 6 miles- it was awesome! Keeping up with walking 3-4 miles at least 5 times a week. I feel better even though the scale does not reflect that I'm losing. My goal this week is to get back to tracking all of my food.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
