I went off the diet for a couple of wks. Gained 4.5 lbs which is great. Now back on track as of today. Low Carb/High Protein. Goal 30-40 carbs, 75-90 proteins
240.5 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
