oh boy oh boy haven't been on this site for quite a while and I haven't been exercising regularly or eating properly and here I am back to the 80kg line...I was so close to my goal and now I have to start all over again, I don't know what happened, why I lost the thread, got to get back into gear...set new goals, reestablish a workout routine and healthy meals...
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
