Yesterday I just ate Phase I foods, didn't log in anything. Down 2 pounds of the bloat this morning. Goal this week to stick fo fatsmash plan and get as much workouts as possible. Hotel does have a gym plus there will be a great deal of walking and standing at the show the next 3 days.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
