I have stepped it up again on my jogging...I now walk for three minutes; then jog for 4. I repeat that four times. Yeaaaa...I did not think that I would be to this point now...so it really freels great.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
