Good to see the weight coming off. It took me a little while to pack it on, it's going to take me a little while to unload it.
I did a lot of working out this morning! Tomorrow will not be so great for working out since I have my first ever acupuncture appointment. Also starting a new diet challenge, which sort of sucks, now that I have found some red wines that I really like and don't give me a headache after the first (or even second) glass!
(Ouch on the calories and carbs for 3 glasses of wine... damn damn damn...)
