Ok, i'm gaining weight. I've not been watching my diet or excercising. Today, only good things are going into my body, i'm going to drink my 8 glasses of water and i'm going to continue on this journey for the rest of the week. If I make it too Friday, I will reward myself with a dinner of my choice on Saturday.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
