I run 5 days a week, and sometimes I walk 1. I can tell I am slimming down, but my weight is still fluctuating up and down.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
