Looking back on my month of June...was pretty crappy.....in most ways and most of my food choices were also crappy to coincide with my month of homestead unhappiness.....BUT...towards the end there was a glimmer of hope...for some kind of happiness with myself....instead of descending that stairway to fat hell...I took those first few steps in the right direction...up....just holding onto the handrail so I don't fall to far back down those fat stairs...I can only climb one stair at a time....and I have to keep remembering I am climbing for me...not for what everyone else around me is not doing or doing.....and that going down those stairs really only hurts me and its not worth the food that honestly I don't really want to eat anyways.....! I have to keep these thoughts fresh.....
