Stepped on the scale this morning and couldn't read it. Weight went from saying 197 to 190. The middle LCD had blown lights, so I had no idea what my weight was. So I bought another scale a few minutes ago. It's mid afternoon, and I weighed in at just 188.

I drank way too much alcohol last night, and have been hung over all morning. I tried to drink water this morning, but just threw it up. So I broke my diet for a smoothies. But it's low fat, low cal and made with splenda, so I doubt 1 smoothie is going wreck my diet, however I will have re-resume ketosis.

Only had breakfast and dinner. Just had to take it slow for my stomach since drinking too much last night.
