Date night with my wife last night. Both of us were tired from the week, so we got brownies and ice cream and watched TV. Had 1/4 pan of brownies with mint chocolate ice cream: Twice the number of carbs I usually have.
Don't feel too bad and don't have too much of a hunger this morning. W00T? Back in the saddle again. Each day is newly full of grace.
